Tommy Bahama Ambassador of Rum Culture
Aloha everybody, this was a video we made at the Monkeypod Kitchen on Maui for the Tommy Bahama Rumologist search. The camera picked up some kind of lighting error and (as you can see) caused lines across the screen. I posted this 'cause it's a good testimonial to my feelings on Rum and you know, we had a fun time shootin' it -Hana Hou !

Don the Beachcomber Maui Mix Off
Aloha everybody and by popular demand, the recipe for my award-winning Spirit of Don Beach Mai Tai -Hana Hou
1 oz Bacardi gold rum
1/2 oz Bacardi 8
1/2 oz Maui Preserved citron syrup
1/2 oz Orgeat
Fresh Maui Gold pineapple
Fresh lime
Fresh mint
In a pint glass muddle 3 pineapple chunks with 1/2 squeezed fresh lime
Add ice, gold rum, syrup & Orgeat
Shake vigorously and strain over crushed ice in a large bucket glass
Float Bacardi 8 and garnish w/ lime wheel & fresh mint sprig
